3. Use of Storage Units

• Units must not be used for illegal or hazardous materials.
• No perishable, flammable, or explosive items are allowed.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that their belongings are securely packed and insured if needed.

4. Payments & Fees

• Storage fees must be paid in advance according to the agreed terms.
• Late payments may result in restricted access or termination of your rental agreement.
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

5. Access & Security

• Customers are provided with personal access to their unit.
• Straffan Self Storage maintains 24/7 CCTV surveillance for your security.
• We are not liable for lost or stolen items; we recommend that customers arrange their own contents insurance.

6. Termination

• Customers may terminate their rental agreement with 7 days’ notice.
• We reserve the right to terminate services for breach of terms, non-payment, or misuse of the facility.

7. Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your belongings, Straffan Self Storage is not responsible for any loss or damage unless caused by proven negligence on our part.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website with a revised effective date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved under Irish jurisdiction.
